Love the environment here. Friendliness all around. The pull through parking is definitely a plus!! Large and Level cement pads. Pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities and shower rooms. Dogs and kids are welcome.  Long-term and short-term availability. The community here really puts a lot of pride into keeping the park clean, which is a huge bonus! Lots of amenities and community events. And the staff is just the bees knees    Only downfall so far as is the highway noise when outside. We are close to the front, and the noise inside our 5th wheel is not an issue for us. Watch out for snakes!

Found this place through a random Google search as we wanted to "test drive" an RV for 1 night. This place is perfect. My kid loves the pool and hot tub. The playground is small but was perfect for watching the sunset. Not sure I will be passing through this area again but would definitely stay here again and recommend for others. Also, the management was great we tried to make reservation at night after office hours for following night. They called right when they opened and emailed. They were quick to respond to email.

If you are looking for beauty, coziness and luxury we found it here. Family and pet friendly, well zoned and permanent places. This place is by far the cleanest, well manicured and friendliest site we have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff, especially Summer, has made our multiple stays here so very pleasant. We will be coming back years to come.

Well I’m just gonna start by saying I was worried about paying the price just to stay at a RV park. But after realizing how highly respectful this staff is, and honestly how much is offered I have changed my worries it’s all worth everything. Being able to have a huge kitchen, living room to watch tv in, super clean laundry room to use anytime needed is absolutely amazing. I can keep going on about how amazing the staff is. And met the owner  the other evening he’s also the nicest, and understanding with issues. All in all it’s amazing. And I hear ppl complain and the loudness of the highway well it is next to I-20 but im parked close by I-20 and it’s really hard to hear the highway unles your just really trying to listen for it.
