Park Rules and Regulations

Check Out Time: 11am Unless space is available for late departures and management is aware of situation.
Quiet Hours: Be courteous with your radio, tv, and other unnecessary noises, especially after 9pm and before 8am
Speed Limit: Please drive slowly and carefully within the park. Recommended speed limit is 10 mph. Failure to abide can result in non-renewal of stay.
Personal Conduct: Please be considerate of others. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct drunkenness will not be tolerated. Parents are responsible for their childrens behavior at all times. All occupants and guests must comply with all federal, state, laws and park rules.
Pets: Pets are required to be leashed, quiet and under control. Guest are required to clean up after their pets. All required shots must be current. Owners are responsible for pet behavior at all times. Pets may not be left unattended.
Visitors: If you have visitors staying please inform the office so there are no misunderstandings. Anyone who services your RV must check in at our office.
Prohibited: No drugs, alcohol abuse, fire works, or use of fire arms is permitted on park property.
Use of Water: No washing on site. There is a specific space available located next to the propane area for vehicle washing.
Connection Hoses: Water hoses must be replaced if leaking to conserve water. Hoses must be picked up off the ground. Park is not responsible for damaged hoses.
Camp Fires: Fires and firepits and BBQ pits only please. Fires only permitted when there is no county fire ban. Fire should not be left unattended and firewood cannot be stacked any closer than 10ft from the firepits.
Fishing: Fishing on park property at tank, or along creek. NO cleaning fish on park property. Clean in RV or off premises. The creek and pond are off limits for swimming.
Propane: Propane sales are available at entrance to park. Please leave bottles at station with name and site number on bottles. The bottles will be filled and taken back to site.
Sites: Are required to be kept neat and clean, free of debris, boxes, etc.
Parking: Parking for sites is one car with space provided next to trailer. Large pull through sites may accomodate 2 cars as long as no part of the car is in the roadway, NO part of the vehicle is allowed on the grass at ANY time. Visitor parking in designated area only.
Hall Rental: When hall is rented all designated parking needs to be cleared.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub: The swimming pool is closed for winter months. The hot tub is available upon request. Please be courteous of others in swimming area. No running, diving, or horseplay. No lifeguard on duty. Parents must supervise children at all times. NO PETS in pool or hot tub.
Laundromat: The washers run for 30 minutes, the dryers run for 45 minutes. Please remove clothing promptly. Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. NO PETS allowed in building.
Smoking: There is no smoking in any building on the park.
Basic Fees: Are for two people and one vehicle with pets. Any additions or size adjustments are to be met with managements approval.
Disconnect All Utilities Before Leaving: Guests are responsible for any damaged caused by pulling out rig without disconnecting from park utilities.
1. This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate the occupancy of a guest for violation of the rules and regulations of this park at any time.
2. User accepts camping privileges with the understanding that the user does hereby release the campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss of damage to property and injury to users person or camping party arising out of use of Oak Creek RV Park facilities.
